Dr. Agyeman is a current Internal Medicine Resident Physician at Loma Linda University Health, Loma Linda, USA. His passion is to practice medicine at underserved communities here in America and other parts of Africa.
Prior to medical school at Loma Linda University, he had completed his BSc in Animal Science at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana in 2003. He was accepted to La Sierra University in Riverside to pursue a Masters degree in Business in which he completed in 2005.
He was also at California State University, San Bernardino to pursue BSc Biology, premed option. He worked as Research and Teaching Assistant in KNUST and La Sierra University respectively. He also had the opportunity to work as an Accounting Assistant for Riverside County Tax and Collection Department in 2005.
He has had the honor to serve as Chief Deacon in the Riverside Ghanaian SDA Church in Riverside, CA since 2007. He also participated in a number volunteer activities such as Special OPS under CAPS of LLU (2012-2014), where on weekly basis, he and together with his classmate assisted elementary school children at San Bernardino, CA in building their self esteem and finding purpose through various fun activities. He has been a coordinator for Computer Literacy Project of Rural Ghana, where used computers are collected from donors and shipped to deprived middle and elementary schools in rural Ghana. He is married to Ruth the love of his life and have two lovely daughters, Maame Pomaah and Nana Adomaa.
